Your key task will be to be part of a team which builds and owns our product vision, strategy, and road-map . We want to ensure that our SaaS platform will meet the growing needs of our customers all while achieving strategic KPI’s and metrics for success.


  • Ensure we meet our financial KPIs with the solutions we are developing
  • Lead and manage elements of our strategic, long-term product roadmap and priority order of new initiatives
  • Be a product evangelist of your products both internally and externally (e.g., supporting sales, participating in analyst briefings, training)
  • Build and own a compelling product vision and strategy
  • Research, analyze and assess the relevant geographic competition, trends and needs or any other competency area
  • Define product specification and functionality for R&D team
  • Establish good working relationships with different key stakeholders within Product and Technology organizations, Customer Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams


Qualifications


  • Hands-on and detail - oriented person
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Curious, self-starter who is committed to identifying and solving difficult questions autonomously
  • Experience in conducting product demos, presenting case studies and success stories
  • Proven experience in presentation skills based on best practices
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Leader.
  • Strong analytical background
  • Team player with demonstrated history of global interfaces and cross-functional collaboration, e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Product, R&D functions, etc
  • Excellent communicator, an ability to deliver best practices and results clearly and effectively
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Extensive experience with global enterprise customers
  • Native / Mother tongue level spoken and written English


Education and tools:


  • Education: MBA, BA/B.Sc. in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Industrial engineer or another quantitative field
  • Experience with a CRM solution or big- data SaaS solution for enterprises


Preferences:


  • Working in similar positions in innovative, global, multicultural companies
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience in the CPG / Retail industry and related ecosystems
