Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
Responsibilities
1. Grow CapCut template creator community by template creator sourcing, recruiting, daily engagement and incentive setting;
2. Educate and develop creators' understanding as well as skills of CapCut template creation, collaborate with content team to improve template quality;
3. Manage the creator community online and increase the creators active rate by launching various programs;
4. Leverage data and platform tools to identify high potential creators and trends.
Qualifications
1. 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of video content platforms or MCNs. Familiar with creator recruitment and agency management, as well as the monetization of the creators.
2. Good at communication and passion with creator’s operation work.
3. Experienced with short video creators/ agencies for local marketing will be better.
4. Have proficient English language skills, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
