U.S. Data Security (“USDS”) is a standalone department of TikTok in the U.S. This new security-first division was created to bring heightened focus and governance to our data protection policies and content assurance protocols to keep U.S. users safe. Our focus is on providing oversight and protection of the TikTok platform and user data in the U.S., so millions of Americans can continue turning to TikTok to learn something new, earn a living, express themselves creatively, or be entertained. The teams within USDS that deliver on this commitment daily span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.
About the Team
We're looking for a community manager to work with our Global Community team and Product teams to grow and support a robust US-based community of creators who can bring a delightful experience directly to our users.
Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard creators at scale I.e. hosting scaled office hours and webinars
• Design and execute incubator creator programs to onboard and educate emerging and established creators
• Track and analyze key community metrics and identify rooms for further growth
• Develop strategies and programs to grow and scale the community and drive adoption and retention of TikTok products and content ecosystem including high-impact virtual and in-person events
• Solicit, organize, and contextualize feedback from creator community to support product development
• Execute community and engagement strategies for in-app campaigns

Qualifications

• Results and solution-oriented professional who has a knack for building solid relationships on both the creator and business level
• Experience with influencer management in developer or creator ecosystems, having strong connection pools with top creators and developer communities
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields or equivalent experience (1-3 years)
• Demonstrated experience in online community building and engagement
• Experience in data analysis and insights reporting
• Experience in event management and creator management is a plus

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $74000 - $145000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
