Co-founders CMO wanted to launch an innovative E-Mobility startup in the E-bike and E-motorcycle space.

This startup is currently in Stealth-Mode but has already gained some critical traction. While all product blueprints are ready and pending full-scale development once the founding team is formed, some important prototypes and tooling have already started the development process.

Industry veteran in the micro-mobility industry is looking for a co-founder CMO as part of the founding team to launch a US-based Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) company focused on innovative E-bikes and E-motorcycles. This startup will bring to the DTC consumer market E-bikes and E-motorcycles with new, unique and highly desirable designs, features and production methodology at highly affordable price-points.

Main founder will be assuming the CTO role (and also overseeing business strategy consultatively with other founding members) and is looking for additional teammate to assume the CMO role. He brings serious experiences, leverage and network in terms of global manufacturing, product design/development, engineering know-how and marketing to the venture.

Preferably based inLos Angeles. He is looking for a co-founder who is skilled in performance/digital marketing, growth hacking and startup development to quickly scale and bring innovative products to market and to helm early-stage CMO role.

Potential co-founder joins as equal-investment/equal-equity business partners until revenue is secured from the first crowdfunding product launch which will strictly have to take place within 6-months after founding team is formed. As such, a modest co-investment is required by every co-founder to ensure they remain in the game at least until the startup enters revenue stage. Startup capital will also be jointly managed and approved by all co-founders.We are strictly NOT looking for sweat-equity candidates.

Potential co-founder will be expected to actively work together and become proud and passionate co-owners of three distinct DTC E-mobility businesses mentioned below. They will be expected to actively managed and steer them into globally successful companies. The ultimate mission and vision are to build this startup into a successful global DTC E-mobility company that will deliver between 300k-500k units of highly coveted E-bikes and E-motorcycles (annually) to happy and proud consumers directly at attractive price-points and have them raved about it.

Prospective CMO must be passionate about DTC startups, E-mobility, entrepreneurship, be self-motivated, innovative and have general experience running and managing a fast-paced consumer tech startup. He/she must also be skilled and experienced in digital or performance marketing, DTC or crowdfunding and have demonstrated success in relevant areas either in startups or MNCs.

Fellow co-founder will have full liberty to organized and set business directions according to their own experience, chart their own course and take full ownership of their portfolios/responsibilities, with the ultimate goal of building a successful global consumer/automotive DTC startup while bringing great and innovative products out to market.
