We aim to harness the collective effort of the continent's intellectual capital and communities to make Africa great again. Our goal is to forge an alliance of Africa's largest untapped Networks of Afri ALUMNi to power strategic acceleration towards the UN SDGs.

To date, we have invested a considerable amount into research and data gathering, and have built and continued building relationships with key stakeholders. With a ready-made MVP and a clearly defined target audience, we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking Co-Founders to join us in developing the corporate strategy, technology, finance, business development and operational aspects of The AfriALUMNi Initiative.

In addition to the availability of the required time for business development activities, the right Co-founder would be capable of investing in strategic, financial and social capital. Which would comprise high-value social relationships and networking, complementing our existing efforts for sustainable growth towards the goals ofAfriALUMNi.org

Generally, this capacity would ultimately translate to the ability to establish structures needed to raise any required funding, by building and maintaining new relationships with stakeholders, planning marketing campaigns, generating new leads, developing quality business strategies, and effectively leading and motivating staff to drive productivity and results.

What and Who are we looking for?

The ideal Co-founder would be either an MSc, MA, MBA: Management or business administration holder, or one with the experience of successfully developing similar charitable environmental and Social Impact projects that involve fundraising. Also, having previous experience in projects that support gender equality, advocating for Universal Healthcare, education/skills development, and a passion for African Contemporary Art would be a strong advantage.

We are looking for a Social entrepreneur who is passionate about making a difference. You will join a fantastic founding team and have the opportunity to shape a social product. This is a chance to be part of a growing movement that prioritizes Sustainability and focuses on the interconnected environmental, social, and economic aspects of sustainable development in Africa, and aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
