Clinical Manager Jobs

Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our medical facility including staff, finances, and patient care. The Clinic Manager will ensure that all services are provided in a timely and efficient manner while meeting the highest standards of quality and patient care. This position requires a high level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills while working closely with the medical staff and other departments.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage staff performance and patient satisfaction

Ensure that all services are delivered promptly and efficiently

Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures and make adjustments as needed

Provide guidance and direction to staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Monitor, analyze, and report on clinic performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in a management role in a healthcare setting preferred

Knowledge of medical clinic operations and regulations

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
