Operations Automation Lead Jobs

PIX LLC dba The Rise of Privacy Tech (TROPT) is looking for a part-time long-term remote contract Operations Automation Lead, with the potential to convert to full-time contract in the next 12-18 months. ~10-15 weekly hours are the initial expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate professional-quality images and videos using generative AI tools.
• Build and manage efficient workflows using no-code automations tools.
• Provide comprehensive operations automation support to the Founder.
• Develop and manage efficient filing systems and records.
• Assist with daily operations automation, event planning, and coordination.
• Handle confidential information and communications with discretion.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exemplary planning and time management skills.
• Writing and speaking proficiency in English.
• Collaborative, positive, and can-do attitude.
• Initiative & curiosity.
• Proven experience as an operations automation lead, executive administrative assistant, or other similar support position.
• Impeccable writing & editing skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Privacy-first thinking in daily operations.
• Attention to detail.
• Up-to-date with advancements in operations tools, including generative AI tools like chatGPT.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an executive support, operations, and administrative work experience reporting directly to senior management.
• 2+ years of writing and editing work.
• 1+ year of events organization work.

Preferred:

• Understanding of privacy, cybersecurity, or technology domains.
• Professional experience using office software, website builder, generative AI, email newsletter, and social media tools.
