JOB SUMMARY: The AVP, Digital Bank Content Strategy is responsible for the development and creation of content supporting the digital bank and its product offerings across channels including web, email, and app.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with social media team and performance marketing team to activate content on social channels and within acquisition campaigns
• Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Compliance to help deliver the Bank’s strategy
• Evaluate and recommend owned and sponsored content programs to meet audience needs throughout customer journey
• Develop KPIs to manage performance, analyzing results to adjust strategy
• Create and manage editorial calendar
• Leverage audience insights, data, and cultural trends to identify opportunities and shape content plans
• Engage, partner, and manage relationships with 3rd party agencies as needed
• Develop content strategy for always-on content that creates differentiation and value for digital bank
• Ensure assets and executions are in alignment with brand style, tone, and personality
• Track and analyze competitive activity
• Deliver value proposition through engaging, relevant, SEO-optimized content

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 – 12 years of experience in marketing with a focus on content marketing
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with content marketing and advertising initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus
• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Experience with managing strategies through KPIs
• Ability to be a self-starter, flexible, and adaptive
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the Bank
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and related training
