About The Role


A Client Services Representative (CSR) is based on-site, working as part of the larger team. You will provide Operational support to the on-site Magnit team and ensure prompt and accurate onboarding/offboarding of your client’s contingent workforce, utilizing our award-winning Vendor Management Software (VMS) ‘Magnit VMS’. An eye for detail and strong data accuracy skills coupled with an ability to handle high volumes of transactions on a regular basis is critical in meeting deliverables and maintaining client relationships.


What You Will Do


  • Ensure any required data is updated in MagnitVMS and reporting before leaving work daily
  • Complete timely Client System Updates, including transfers, data change, end date and MagnitVMS updates
  • Assist with adhoc projects
  • Complete weekly deliverables as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document, such as reporting on start and finish dates, contract extensions and background checks
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the onsite Magnit team
  • Facilitation of contingent worker onboarding and offboarding


What You Will Need


  • Detail and service orientation
  • Strong administrative, organization and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred


Compensation Package


  • Salary range is $23-$24 USD hourly
  • Salary/ Hourly rate is based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
