We are headquartered in New Hyde Park, NY. This position requires 50-60% travel, and the ability to work in-person.
Overview Of Our Position
Premier Care Dental Management owns and oversees 115+ healthcare practices throughout NY, NJ, RI, CT, NH and MA. Our organization is expanding rapidly and we are looking to bring on a Chief Technology Officer as we continue to expand throughout the Northeast. The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for leading and directing the healthcare IT department of the organization. This individual will oversee and manage the development and implementation of healthcare IT strategies that support the goals and objectives of the organization. Additionally, the Executive Healthcare Business IT Director will provide leadership and guidance to the healthcare IT team and work collaboratively with other executives to ensure that technology and business processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners
• Lead the healthcare IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with other executives to ensure that technology and business processes align with organizational goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging healthcare IT trends and technologies and provide recommendations for adoption
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare IT systems and processes and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure that healthcare technology and systems meet regulatory and compliance requirements
• Manage and oversee the implementation of technology and systems that support the organization's healthcare operations
• Manage the healthcare IT budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively
• Develop and implement healthcare IT strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures for the healthcare

Preferred Education & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure SQL Server, PowerBI (Datasets, Reports, Desktop, Service), Azure AD, Powershell, DevOps, Source control, UAT, along with other applications and concepts.
• Ability to learn new coding languages and technologies.
• Experience with a medical or dental schema is a plus.
• Extensive is a lot. Knowledgable of coding languages and systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
