Chief Executive Officer - Mrhs: South - Administration

Summary

Responsible for the overall performance of MRHS including the clinical, financial, service and staff. Leads MRHS administrative team in planning, directing and coordinating hospital operations to achieve the organization's mission, strategic directives and goals.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Directs/oversees performance improvement and quality initiatives to achieve quality of care and patient safety goals. Ensures that the system meets regulatory and compliance requirements and obtains necessary approvals/accreditations, in collaboration with other senior leaders.
• Provides leadership to the administrative team that enlists active participation/support and creates ownership of short and long term objectives necessary to achieve revenue/budget goals.
• Creates a culture and environment that attracts, develops and retains qualified employees/associates. Takes a leadership role in recruitment and retention of qualified physicians. Creates a culture of safety, quality, service excellence and family centered care.
• Collaborates with senior management team to develop and implement policies and practices to deliver the optimal level of service to the community. Ensures that services are consistent with the mission, vision, values and directives of the organization.
