Chief Of Staff To Cmo

Responsibilities

*Pay is 82-87/hr

*7-month initial assignment; strong desire to extend or convert based on performance and headcount approval

*100% remote- some travel involved.

* Vet and prioritize CMO meeting requests from field and customers

* Develop end-to-end operational processes for customer engagements (vetting, approval, communications, meetings, events)

* Manage meeting prep, outreach, and follow-up. Create consolidated engagement prep docs

* Work closely with the C-suite program team on experiences that instill trust and build connections. Dinners, hospitality events, 3rd party engagements, Dreamforce. Includes communications, invite list, onsite flow/detail, values-based opportunities, CMO brand moments

* Exec communications - customer outreach, internal briefings, visual storytelling. Responsible for CMO talk track

Qualifications

*HS diploma

*5-18 years of experience within Sales strategy and operations/ as a chief of staff

* Salesforce reporting and dashboard knowledge

* Sales strategy & programs experience is a plus
