Zycus is looking for a seasoned executive to become a champion of the customer. As our Chief Customer Officer, you will provide leadership in several areas including Customer Account Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this executive leadership role, you will champion, orchestrate and create corporate and customer strategy to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability for our business in North America.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Account Management and driving upsells, cross-sell, and renewals within the existing customers. Would have the ability to form strong relationships both internally and externally, proactively manage risk, and drive high-performing teams.
Account Management Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability and Revenue growth
- Grow and farm the account.
- Manage our existing customers and drive upsell and cross-sell within the account.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers
Customer Success Responsibilities:
- Drive higher product usage with our customers by analyzing customer usage data to identify levers critical to driving greater initial adoption and long-term use of Zycus Suite of products
- Drive higher retention (i.e. lower churn) by identifying the major drivers of churn, thereafter prioritizing and implementing these changes and experiments
- Provide support to assigned accounts on media campaigns, pilots, and changes to the customer product mix
- Maintain a deep understanding of Zycus products and industry knowledge & drive greater customer engagement relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) and Adoption metrics
- Develop learning and education plans per the needs of the customer. When necessary, conduct end-user onboarding within the first 90 days for new customers or purchase of new products within the assigned account
Delivery Responsibilities:
- Drive Project Risk Governance, On time Implementation and bring Delivery Process Excellence
- Execute the delivery of highly complex and strategic client projects
- Provide hands-on program and project management for multi-million dollar programs
- Oversee project initiatives related to quality, methodology, expertise, and tools for our Customer Delivery organization
- Demonstrate thought leadership for project development and optimization across the organization.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders
- Facilitate executive conversations regarding budget, resources, schedule, and risk.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 10+ years of experience in an Executive Leadership position managing Professional Services, Customer Success and Operations organization and atleast 20 plus years total experience in Delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, Masters or MBA preferred
- Experience working in an Enterprise SaaS products organization.
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing complex Global Implementation.
