The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment across our organization, and driving key initiatives and projects. This is what you'll do:

• Financial Planning: Assist with budgeting and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Project Oversight: Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely progression and resolution of any arising issues.
• Meeting Facilitation: Contribute to the organization and leadership of company-wide meetings.
• Executive Communication: Oversee the preparation and distribution of internal and external executive communications.
• Policy Development: Create and implement operational policies that further our company's culture and vision.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as the strategic advisor to the CEO, streamlining tasks and functions, ensuring organizational alignment, and driving crucial initiatives.
• Board Presentation: Prepare necessary materials and data for Board meetings.

This is what you'll need:

• Prior experience at a growth-stage startup (highly desired).
• Former founders are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated competency in project management and execution.
• Proven track record in strategic planning.
• A creative approach to tackling complex issues.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
