A Brief Overview


The position oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the SVP of the Customer Success and Operations Team.. The position is a tactical and strategic role responsible to operationalize the goals of the organization, prepare executive presentations, lead strategic cross-functional projects and execute on various programs.

What You Will Do


  • Creates and updates dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators or other executive presentations; provides recommendations to leaders on focus areas based on metrics
  • Drives content creation and briefs for key internal and external meetings and initiatives
  • Oversees and supports strategic business initiatives to include meeting planning, project prioritization for departments
  • Leads and supports large cross-functional strategic projects for senior leader to reach successful outcomes
  • Consolidates and synthesizes information across the business into digestible reports for the Chief Executive Officer
  • Acts as a point of contact between senior leadership and employees or other stakeholders on key projects, priorities and business initiatives for the respective business they are supporting
  • Prepares and facilitates senior leadership team meetings, sets agenda, provides insights, and provides analyses to inform strategic conversations


Education Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred preferred


Experience Qualifications


  • Typically 10+ years


Skills And Abilities


  • Financial accumen
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience leading multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously across a distributed set of stakeholders without direct ownership of resources
  • Strategy and management consulting experience

The salary range for this role is $149,100 to $294,000. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.


A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
