Chief Investment Officer Jobs

CW1 Inc is an innovative disruptor in the consulting industry. Through our platform, Gotely, we have made a significant impact by offering online accelerator and incubator services to a vast array of businesses. We are now expanding our venture capital branch in San Francisco, and are in search of an experienced Interim Chief Investment Officer to spearhead our investment strategy and portfolio management.

As our Interim Chief Investment Officer, you will provide leadership and direction to our venture capital team. You will identify strategic investment opportunities, make critical decisions about investment activities, and guide our organization towards maximized profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the existing investment portfolio to maximize returns and minimize risks
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic investment policies and guidelines
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, and make recommendations to the executive leadership
• Create financial reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and other key industry players
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
• Oversee due diligence and negotiations in investment transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
• Deep knowledge of investment strategies, financial instruments, and market indicators
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior negotiation skills and a keen eye for evaluating potential investments
• At least 10 years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem, with a proven track record of successful investments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to make critical decisions
