Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Chief Commercial Officer at MDLinx, an M3 company.


About The Business Unit


MDLinx is a business unit within M3 USA. MDLinx offers a variety of proven ways to engage physicians and get important clinical and marketing messages to valued and targeted HCP (healthcare professional) audiences. MDLinx helps busy HCPs to stay current with the latest medical development and news. It hosts variety of services such as medical news, journal article alerts, clinical educational quiz, ethical drug promotion, and medical conference information. MDLinx is well-established in our market with a loyal following, high quality offerings, and over 20 years of experience and history in the digital space.



  • Manage multiple priorities and meet client and company deadlines, building on strong organization, planning, and execution skillsets.
  • Set or enhance the operation KPIs and drive efficiency improvements across all functions
  • Oversee the coordination and collaboration of product, sales, marketing, editorial and engineering departments
  • Set comprehensive goals for growth and success
  • Be a motivator for employees, drive top performance of the team and build culture of urgency
  • Responsible for P&L (Profit and Loss) and driving significant revenue and profit growth
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Create a results-oriented culture where team members set, own and achieve weekly and monthly performance commitments.
  • Take the lead on implementing the business strategies
  • Work with the M3 USA CEO to strengthen MDLinx’s relationships with advertising agencies as well as pharmaceutical brand teams


Qualifications


  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s in business administration or similar relevant field
  • Track record of achieving business growth and transformation
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical brand management acting as a brand manager or providing marketing solutions to brand items.
  • Hands on experience in strategic planning, operations and business development
  • Strong sales leadership and experience in consultative sales and revenue generation
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Experience preferred with P&L responsibility including accounting, HR, IT, product/engineering.
  • Ability to understand pharmaceutical market, develop brand strategies, and advise on digital marketing approaches.
  • 3+ years experience in medical or healthcare business
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Entrepreneurial in setting aspirational goals and finding resources to achieve them
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Experience managing commercial teams including sales, client service, and client marketing.
