Part- Time Catering Sales Coordinator

Estimated 20-30 hours a week

Pay Rate: $26-30 HR.

Working Conditions: This is a remote freelance contract position with the opportunity to develop into a full-time role. Working hours and schedule may vary based on the needs of the business.

Job Summary

We are searching for a self-motivated independent contractor to join our company. The Catering Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing inbound leads and orders, assisting in the scheduling and communication of orders received, facilitating order fulfillment with internal teams, and supporting the sales and business development goals and functions. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery
• Coordinate with external catering partners to facilitate the delivery of goods and services
• Manage inbound catering requests, process catering orders, and manage customer relations
• Assist with customer service tasks, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues as needed
• Support the sales and business development teams by providing data, preparing reports, and participating in meetings as required

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
