Overview

Anti-Financial Crime is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Officer to assist management with the operation and functioning of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Departments in the Americas specifically supporting the Monitor & Screening (M&S) Team. You would assist the Global COO for M&S and the Regional Americas CAO with regional, global & local operations. The role will assist the running of the Business office, administrative processes, including recording, tracking, reporting, and process development.

What You’ll Do

• Resource management, including new hire requests, orientations, overview of various processes on various expense related systems and approval process, and biographies
• Space and facility management including planning and overseeing moves for Americas
• Backup Business Continuity Coordinator and Business Continuity management
• Review and update monthly headcount and cost center information
• Manage regulatory requirements & audit point deliverables
• Assist with reviewing, updating and standardizing administrative procedures as needed

Skills You’ll Need

• Excellent presentation skills and technical skills with extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
• Minimum of a College degree or equivalent work experience
• Moderate relevant work experience in the financial, front office, compliance, legal and/or regulatory industry

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• A Self-starter, strong work ethics with minimum oversight & flexible to work outside business hours as needed
• Able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and written skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Able to coordinate activity, information and communicate issues to Senior Management, local management, divisional groups and staff
• Able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively and handle change well
