Position Wanted: President and Operator


Job Duties Summary: Lead the company in expanding its franchise portfolio. Extensive knowledge of real estate, proven record of growing companies and managing multi unit, multi dimensional operations required. Oversee growth, financial success & expansion; financing new franchise locations; construction management; budget approvals. Directly oversee VP Operations & VP Training and Culture. Travel to eatery locations in NC, SC, VA required.


Hours: Full time (40 hrs/week) Rate of Pay: $239,200/year


Minimum Job Requirements: Franchisor Training Program is required. Minimum of 10 yrs. experience in restaurant development or equivalent.


Education Required: Master’s Business Administration or equivalent.


Relocation to greater Charlotte, NC Metro area required (relocation assistance will be provided).
