We’re looking for a Campus Operations Programs Manager to join the Global Workplace Experience Team at Snap Inc! You will play a key role in the operations of our offices at our Headquarters in Santa Monica and surrounding LA sites. Working from our Santa Monica headquarters, you’ll support our team in building scalable programs to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our headquarters campus. You will work closely with a large, outsourced vendor team, internal partners on Workplace Experience and several cross-functional teams such as HR, Procurement, Finance, Security, IT, executives, business leaders and EA’s. You will build relationships, programs and an operational rhythm that exemplifies Snap’s values: Kind, Smart and Creative.
What you’ll do:
Manage and Develop a Campus Excellence Program:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a variety of events to engage teams and drive exciting employee experiences
  • Develop scalable campus operations programs around parking and transportation management, environmental health and safety, event program management and execution, warehouse management
  • Support the development of short- and long-term tactical plans and programs for the innovation of workplace amenities and services
  • Partner with Workplace Operations peers to seamlessly deliver new office spaces, post occupancy modifications and move management
  • Coordinate with internal Workplace Experience teams to deliver continuous, consistent communications to our offices and site leaders
  • Be an ambassador of the overall workplace experience for all employees, ensuring Snap’s values and inclusive culture is translated into a welcoming and engaging workplace
Technical Facilities Management and Engineering:
  • Partner with outsourced vendor support and other third party vendors to develop a preventative maintenance program and engineering team staffing strategy
  • Support the development of best in class engineering operating procedures around electrical shutdowns and outages, water shutdown and outages
Vendor Manager:
  • Coordinate with and support outsourced facility vendor partners to ensure workplace services and programs are consistently delivered at a high standard
  • Partner with outsourced facilities vendor to develop an ongoing campus staffing strategy
  • Manage vendor performance ensuring services are delivered in accordance with contracts and to agreed standards
  • Lead a large and diverse onsite team in developing efficient, scalable processes and programs
  • Develop reporting, dashboards and other tools to ensure vendors are performing, meeting KPI’s and SLA’s
Property Management & Property Development Liaison:
  • Partner with our Portfolio Management Team to negotiate and advocate for favorable operational lease clauses
  • Partner with Occupancy Planning and Portfolio Management team to translate ongoing operational needs, business teams requirements and preferences into long-term real estate strategies for the campus
  • Support ongoing campus development plans, ensuring construction, improvements and changes to the campus are executed without impact to our team members
  • Build strong relationships with property management teams to ensure best in class service, experience and cleanliness of the campus
  • Oversee vendor partners in managing onsite parking, bike parking, and other transportation related benefits for employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to sell ideas and concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with managing a facilities operations team preferred with knowledge of building systems, standard operating procedures and employee services.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes
  • Self-motivated work ethic with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Experience utilizing workplace, facilities and space management systems preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or equivalent years of experience
  • The role requires regular onsite work at a Snap Office Location
  • 4+ years of facilities management experience with an emphasis on facilities, office management, workplace services, engineering management, customer service and event management

  • The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - 165,000
