Experience as a recruiting or events coordinator - ideally in a higher education or corporate setting

2+ years of relevant professional experience

Demonstrated administrative and/or event planning experience in a demanding environment

Outstanding written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

A college degree from a 2-4 year college

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to write and deliver compelling outreach communications for Last Mile’s target audiences.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Ability to travel up to 80% of the academic year, with occasional evening and weekend work.
