Call Center Manager Jobs

AmeriPro Roofing an Industry leader in Storm Restoration for exterior Home Improvement, is now hiring a Call Center Manager for our lead generation team! We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager in our Corporate office in Downers Grove, IL. Our lead generation team generates homeowners’ interest for complimentary home inspections regarding Roofing, Siding and Gutter projects. The Call Center manager will monitor the call material lists using a combination of warm leads, manage current and new vendors for lead acquisition and determine priority campaigns for our most affected markets.

The ideal Call Center Manager will have excellent technological computer skills, communication, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Call Center Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, train and manage Appointment setters.

• Look for opportunities for improvement and best practices.
• Manage the technology, Five9 system, lead distribution.
• Develop and execute lead generation efforts to support sales.
• Manage outside partners for lead generation and software.
• Manage and develop call scripts, rebuttals.

• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
• Customer Service
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
• Manage appointment setters’ schedules.

• $60,000 - $75,000 / year based on experience

Call Center Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience Inbound/Outbound call center environment
• Maintain a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement to deliver quality standard meeting customer satisfaction
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Supervisory experience

• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills.
• Able to accommodate various degrees of flexibility including evening and Saturdays as scheduled.
