Call Center Service Representative

Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Call Center Service Representative to work remotely from your home office. We do request that you work within a reasonable distance to our Downer's Grove, IL office to travel on for meetings, trainings, etc.

Work Schedule:

• 6:30am to 3pm (CST)
• Tuesday thru Saturday
• Ability work work Saturdays, 2nd and 3rd shift, as needed (PTO coverage, etc.)

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience
• Strong ability to prioritize & multi task with attention to detail
• Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication

Specific duties include (but are not limited to):

• Audit and manage work orders created by answering service
• Escalate service calls when needed
• Create service request and dispatch accordingly
• Attach Field Service Reports to work orders in OMS System
• Audit report from vendor and make sure all calls are logged in OMS System
• Follow through on resolution of any customer needs
• Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Use web-based systems, Mircrosoft Word and Excel on a daily basis
• Manage incoming customer service & customer requests
• Log all communication in service request
• Interact with vendors and customers by phone and email
