Call Center Scheduling Representative

Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Call Center Scheduling Representative to work remotely.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Must be willing to work OT and flexibility in change of schedules for coverage - 2nd and 3rd shift
• Must have a quiet work environment with high speed internet
• 11:00AM - 7:30PM CST

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong ability to prioritize & multi task with attention to detail
• Experience working on computers, using Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Customer service/call center/patient scheduling experience

Specific duties include (but are not limited to):

• Back up for Service; creating service request and dispatching accordingly
• Identify and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Interact with vendors and customers over phone and email
• Follow through on resolution of any customer needs
• Manage incoming customer service & patient scheduling phone calls & other customer requests
• Escalate service calls when needed
• Order patient doses daily following dose schedule
• Audit report from vendor and make sure all calls are logged in OMS
• Flexibility, able to work OT when needed (come in early/leave later, switch schedules for coverage)
• Verify Insurance Authorizations
• Other duties as determined by managers
• Attach Field Service Reports to service request in OMS
• Schedule patients for PET/CT scans, order doses and send encrypted patient paperwork and patient schedules
• Use web-based systems (OMS), Mircrosoft Word and Excel on a daily basis
• Log all communication in service request
