Compensation: $25/hour + monthly bonus
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working 20 hours (avg) per week taking new leads when not the Supervisor On Duty or performing other misc Shift Supervisor tasks
- Answering basic questions from prospective clients with the ultimate goal of scheduling an in-clinic consultation
- Building relationships with both current and prospective clients by providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients
- Efficiently maintain contact and follow up with potential clients
- Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client scheduling
- Development of the team and quality control resulting in conversion success.
- Maintaining an above average individual conversion percent
- Reviewing emails, chats, and texts to ensure world class customer service
- Additional project based opportunities
- Promptly responding to incoming phone calls, emails and live chat inquiries from current and prospective clients
- Attending daily and weekly team meetings
- Being available and open for questions and coach-able moments for the Call Center staff

- Display excellent computer skills

- Display the ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Comfortable with coaching, mentoring and training
- Display ability to effectively coach & develop other team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Display the ability to take initiative & work independently
- Be able to work the schedule posted
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Display a history of reliable and predictable attendance
