When you love what you do, is it still work? Boingo Wireless is seeking a passionate Business Systems Analyst to join our team. You will join a team of Analysts to support internal users with the adoption and usage of business tools. You will be the first point of contact for users needing troubleshooting help, training, and basic reports & dashboards. This role will also assist with data stewardship, system administration and other tasks needed to support the greater Business Systems and Commercial Operations teams.

What's the gist of the job?

• Drive maximum usage and adoption of our business systems and defined processes
• Support internal users with day-to-day problems, questions, and requests for various business processes and systems
• Maintain system access and security policies
• Support data integrity efforts
• Test new functionality and gather user feedback for usability improvements
• Conduct root-cause analysis to understand business problems presented by users
• Develop and maintain training materials including guides, job aids, videos, and live demonstrations
• Help lead Boingo's initial implementation and rollout of functionality to internal users, including system setup, requirements gathering, process development, and user group training

• Demonstrated history of learning and synthesizing software systems, business data, and related concepts

• Training or teaching experience
• Project management experience
• Process development background
