Must-haves

-Experience with business development in commercial construction

-Experience in direct sales, negotiations, networking, managing accounts, and an in-depth knowledge of construction practices (pricing, estimating, preconstruction, and fee structures)

Proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Business Development Manager for one of our top construction clients. This individual will be focused in the the West Palm Beach and South Florida areas managing a variety of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have former sales experience and a network in South Florida. This candidate must be able to take the client and a team through the construction process end to end, and have excellent presentation/ coaching skills. Lastly, they are looking for an excellent culture fit soft skills and the ability to interact with others is key.
