Business Coordinator Jobs

Description Responsible to provide support and coordination in the daily duties required to comply with process integrity, systems monitoring and data collection requirements for a specific entity (an entity defined as a specific group designated to specific responsibilities).

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Full responsibility of purchase orders with 3rd party companies.

Monitor, update, invoicing errors.

SkillsQualifications Bachelors’ degree in any field with relevant experience with 2 years of experience is ideal

Open to HS Diploma with some work experience

Knowledge of working with Purchase Orders and Invoicing.

SAP experience is a plus

Proficient using computers

Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge

Supply chain/manufacturing experience is a plus

Attention to details

Will consider a financial background

Minimum experience 6 months-1 year
