Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Revenue & Margin Growth Analyst or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and competitive industry.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.

· Escalating disputes and pricing issues to Senior Management.

· 1-3 years’ experience in Fixed Income

· Issuing and responding to repo margin calls for multiple broker dealers

· Monitoring counterparty margin disputes.

· Booking of margin calls

· Ability to work independently

Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Advanced experience knowledge of various data sources, tools and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports

Experienced professional role providing specialized data visualizations to support business needs

Expected to have a knowledge of broader enterprise reporting platforms and data sources and ability to integrate data across the enterprise

Strong analytical and program solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

CRA WIZ experience is a big plus.

Partner with Access Management Organization to manage budget and supporting activities

Management oversight of 3-5 analysts

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and written skills

MBA or Masters in Finance disciplines.

Forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field required with one year of related experience preferred.

Manage process of merchandise allowances from retail to expense/balance sheet, ensure proper taxation occurs for awards.

Manage financial aspect of merchandise loan room for Corporate Marketing and Events.

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.

Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
