Job Title: Event Planner and Brand Ambassador
Location: Your city and state of residence
Type: Contract, available part time or full time position
Compensation: Between 5k and 6.5K/monthly, based on qty of events planned monthly.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Event Planner and Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing successful social and business networking events while also representing our brand in a positive and engaging manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
·Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including speed networking, speed dating, speed friending and speed funding events in your local vicinity;
·Collaborate with promoters in your local city to assist you in promoting the events to guarantee attendance and participation (over 100 attendees expected to every events).
·Develop partnership with meetup.com organizers and facebook group admin to post, manage and engage with members to increase attendance to every planned events;
·Act as the primary point of contact for event participants, venues manager, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
·Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our company at events, exhibitions, and other public forums.
·Attend other events in your local city for singles to promote our brand and share schedule of events for upcoming months. Engage with attendees to create a positive brand experience.
·Utilize all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content provided to you by corporate office;
·Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
·Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or promotional setting.
·Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
·Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
·Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
·Proficiency in event management software and tools.
·A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
·Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel to various event locations as required.
·Knowledge of branding and marketing principles is a plus.
