Role: As LeisurePay continues to grow, we're committed to ensuring our merchant partners and their customers have the best experience possible. We're searching for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador & Customer Engagement Specialist who will be on the front lines of our product engagement. This role involves frequent travel, engaging with new store customers, offering giveaways, and assisting users to navigate and make the most of our payment system.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to new stores that have adopted the LeisurePay system and facilitate engaging launch events.

2. Distribute promotional giveaways and incentives to introduce customers to the benefits of LeisurePay.
3. Provide hands-on assistance and tutorials to customers in our partner stores, ensuring they understand and enjoy using our system.
4. Represent LeisurePay at various tradeshows, sharing our vision and building brand awareness.
5. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure promotional materials and giveaways align with brand strategy and objectives.
6. Gather and report feedback from both merchants and customers to continuously improve our outreach and educational efforts.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about assisting customers and enhancing their retail experience.
• Understanding of the payment and retail industry will be advantageous.

• Prior experience in brand representation, customer engagement, or a similar role.
