Plan for on-campus recruitment initiatives by developing campaigns, messaging, and training for recruitment representatives and hiring managers.

Strong record of utilizing analytical skills to inform program design and development.

Understanding of the digital space – including social media - and how it impacts the candidate experience.

Previous experience developing and measure the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns via LinkedIn or other social media platforms.

Strong design and presentation skills.

Experience facilitating and leading working groups.

Brand Marketing Consultant - Requirements:

Must have apparel industry experience

Experience in hyper growth business’s

Know the US Apparel market well would be advantageous

4+ years of experience in related field such as marketing, communications and/or brand management experience.

o Serves as a project management system super-user and ensures consistent use of system.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, project management or related field.

Job Duties for this role will include:

Qualifications of this role will include:

o Creates and reviews materials, advertisements and campaigns to ensure brand is protected and guidelines are followed.

Minimum five years related work experience, ideally in marketing or advertising.

Undergraduate degree in marketing or equivalent experience required. Graduate degree preferred.

Builds and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, with ability to inform and influence key decisions.

Supports implementation of Vanguard’s brand architecture guidelines, including naming and product/service positioning.

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Management Operations experience within the Food and Beverage, Hospitality, and/or customer service field

The Field Examiner must interact with restaurant/location management to review assessment data and recommend strategies and suggestions for improvement.

Restaurant/Grocery food safety knowledge and experience

Ability to recite by memory client specific processes, requirements, and product verbiage while in a busy kitchen or grocery environment.

Taste various menu items throughout the day per the program requirements including meats, dairy, produce, gluten-based products, nuts, tree nuts, etc.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients' business models and need

Prepares standard and special reports for senior management as assigned.

Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

7+ years’ experience preferably in restaurant industry

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Ability to prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues, manager and direct reports with sufficient notice and preparation
