Managing Director, Creative Brand & Business Strategy

My team is working with a creative and strategic transformation partner for purpose-led organizations. We are searching for a Managing Director for Brand and Business strategies.

The preferred candidate will have consulting/advisory/strategy experience in

Creative/Digital/Design agencies and has a background between brand strategy and client services.

Responsibilities of the MD:

1. Promote and deliver a purpose-led approach to business transformation

• Identify opportunities, partnerships and clients

2. Develop and lead a team of multi-disciplinary strategists and writers

• Develop the Business/Brand team, ensuring diverse representation across multiple dimensions

3. Manage P&L, drive new business efforts and grow revenue

4. Develop IP, thought leadership and marketing

5. Lead company and brand projects that drive positive impacts for clients

Your background:

• Won new client relationships and brought into your business
• Developed new business opportunities and grown revenues within an existing client base
• Record of purpose-led or oriented work, transformation, social innovation and impact strategy
• Led impactful, innovative work at the intersection of business and brand strategy, design, and innovation
• Growth of a practice or client portfolio, developing teams and selling and brand ($5-10MM+)
• Consulting/agency side experience is required
• 10-15 years working within brand strategy, innovation, marketing or social impact spaces
