Job Description

That's why we work to make the Alo culture authentic to a yoga lifestyle —Our office is located in the heart of Beverly Hills in close proximity to shops and restaurants. Our building was designed by world-renown architect I.M. Pei — there's plenty of natural light, open space with a co-working vibe, an in-building gym, calming yoga and meditation studio and an indoor tree spanning 3 floors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute and support planning and communication of other operational activities, including but not limited to price changes, promotions, and marketing/signage updates
  • Maintain accuracy of store database, including contact lists, district/region alignments, and store attributes
  • Maintain a full understanding of retail operations policies and procedures
  • Serve as liaison between Logistics team and stores to coordinate changes to shipment delivery schedules, carrier changes, and holiday planning
  • Support with account creation and administration for retail tools
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for store workload. Manage Retail Workload Calendar including activity intake and execution timing coordination, ensuring activities are planned in a way that sets store teams up for success.
  • Support with process improvements, pilots/tests, and project rollouts, including develop of thoughtful project plans
  • Provide high level of store support through timely and accurate help-desk ticket responses. Create weekly ticket reporting and work with business partners to drive improved service levels to stores. Oversee cross-functional coordination and issue response for major issues.
  • Manage store supplies and associated vendors, including budget management, sourcing of improved supplies, collecting store feedback, ensuring stores are fully equipped, and reporting
  • Identify themes and insights from tickets and make recommendations to Retail Operations leadership for potential process/system improvements
  • Communicate and escalate issues and risks to retail operations leadership
  • Partner with Planning & Allocation team to coordinate timing and manage volume of outbound transfers to distribution centers
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising team to coordinate floorset updates, collect required visual merchandising direction, and partner with communication team to submit accurate and complete floorset communications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Operate with a servant mentality towards our stores
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years in a store leadership role focused on operations (e.g. Operations Lead, Operations Key Holder, Operations Manager)
  • Ability to travel to Retail Store locations up to 20%
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements
  • Ability to support a non-traditional work schedule (including holidays and weekends) to support stores, as needed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Base Salary Range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the Company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
