Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Billing Processor to join our team! As a Billing Processor, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice submission to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to assist with obtaining subcontractor invoices and customer requested completion documents.
In this role, you will prioritize invoice submission based on customer invoice payment schedules and identify and resolve any issues prior to submission. You will communicate with the RSC &/or RSM to follow up on identified issues dealing with the management of the work order such as IVR, PO’s, contact emails, photos, completion tickets, etc. You will also follow up with Billing Specialist, Billing Team Lead, and/or Billing Manager/Director on any identified invoice-related issues such as an incorrect bill to, missing detail line items, or missing customer break down, etc.
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or its equivalent, and one year of experience in Billing (Medical, Banking, Construction, or Facilities). You should have two or more years' experience in an office or administrative setting, and one or more years of experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. Basic database experience and proficiency in Microsoft software is required, and you should also be proficient in the use of search engines and overall internet researching. Strong computer and typing skills are a must.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can work independently and as a member of various teams. Good organizational and time management skills are important, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. You should also be able to deal effectively and respectfully with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm are also important. Excellent verbal and written communication skills which are used to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups are a must.
