Legal Billing Coordinator - Fully Remote

$55,000-70,000

A Legal Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire billing process of a law firm or legal department, ensures compliance with all applicable billing policies and guidelines and providing guidance to others in the department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clients
• Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendors
• Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
• Preparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clients

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working in a legal billing role, preferably in a law firm or legal department
• Knowledge of legal billing software such as Elite, Aderant, or Tabs
