Position Summary
  • Manage 401K deferral elections and funding
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and timely
  • Conduct benefit premium, employee status and enrollment audits
  • Responsible for all benefit related communications including open enrollment material, benefit guides and intranet content
  • Work with brokers and carriers to supply needed information
  • Coordinates daily benefit processing, ensuring all third-party enrollment discrepancies are resolved
  • Audit monthly billing reconciliation and work with third party vendor to fix discrepancies
  • Manage ACA process, including review of system flags and data integrity
  • Provide benefit consulting/guidance on all benefit inquiries
  • Partner with Finance on all Benefit Analysis requests
  • Responsible for all compliance related processes (QMSCOs, 5500s, Non-Discrimination testing, etc.)
  • Coordinates leaves of absences between employee, third party vendor and HRBPs
  • Troubleshoot feed files and coordinate a solution with vendors
  • Investigates, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of routine benefits issues
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to keep information confidential
  • 5+ years in benefit administration role
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Ability to accept new challenges while being adaptable to change
  • Experience with UKG and PlanSource a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Positive mindset
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
The anticipated gross salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits
