We’re searching for an experienced Copywriter to join our team and help take our customer focused brand to new heights. As an ideal candidate, your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with E-commerce team to write engaging website copy that explains product benefits and features
• Work with Rention Marketing Manager to ensure email & SMS campaigns are in the brand’s voice and proofread prior to deployment
• Define, develop, and curate the Satechi brand across all platforms
• Working with marketing team, you will brainstorm, invent, and develop new content every day
• Work closely with the graphics department and content creation team to make fresh, on-trend, innovative material on a daily basis
• Collaborate with the product development team to write descriptions on a daily basis for assigned products
• Advise on improving content across all platforms & departments
• SEO research to ensure website copy is optimized for keywords
• Develop new written content for Satechi’s products and services – Onsite blog content

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• 3-5 years of experience writing technical documents for hardware electronics or software products for a consumer-electronics audience
• Expert-level knowledge of English written communication, with a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English or related field preferred

The pay range for this position in California is $60,000-$70,000k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
