Technical Analyst – Event Services Jobs

Possess strong relationship management, collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills with a sense of urgency

Provide customer service to our customers and business partners and manage daily workflow coordination of inbound support inquiries

Document and coordinate audit controls and PCI requirements

2 -5 years of experience in related field; prior work experience preferred (i.e. internship)

Good technical knowledge and capability in understanding API interfaces and SQL

Ability to work with global business partners at all levels within the organization demonstrating strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think outside the box.

Experience and in-depth understanding of Event-driven strategies, including but not limited to distressed situations, litigation, M&A or other Special Situations.

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions.

Comprehend and analyze legal documents related to M&A transactions, and effectively communicate their implications.

Assess the impact of M&A events on equity and credit securities and identify potential arbitrage opportunities.

Work with current integrated customers to understand their business needs and help close any identified gaps in our processes and offerings.

Manage iRhythm’s customer integration roll outs and customer integration expansion projects.

At least 1 year of integration experience with EHR’s (Epic experience preferred).

Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with technical systems and/or document management

Experience with xPression, DLS, SAS, Excel, Access or other similar coding experience.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and make recommendations.

Ability to communicate both verbally and written in a positive and effective manner, with internal and external customers.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence and documentation.

Day to day management of event related accounts

Perform other fiduciary responsibilities/duties as assigned

Experience in a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Thorough understanding of GAAP and a broad knowledge of accounting systems
