Associate Scientific Project Manager

We have an immediate opening for an Associate Scientific Project Manager that will be responsible for providing operational support to scientific program leaders. He/she will be responsible for related operational activities including creating and maintaining Smartsheet trackers for contracting, budgeting, vendor metrics, vendor management, project management, process development and optimizations.

What will you do?

· Create and maintain Smartsheet trackers for contracting, budgeting, vendor metrics, vendor management, project management, process development and optimizations

· Refine already established Smartsheet trackers and forms.

· Enhance and maintain current Excel workbooks and other files as applicable

· Develop Smartsheet and Excel dashboards to leverage communication between internal and external stakeholders

· Maintaining and managing data in multiple systems and files to ensure information is current and available across teams and functions

· Implement process improvement initiatives

· Develop proposals for intake forms, metrics

· Work cross functionally to ensure alignment with operational tracking tasks

· Participate in and/or lead operational process improvement

· Maintain trackers related to issues and program-specific information

· Contribute to the maintenance of external collaboration sites

What will you bring to the table?

· B.S., Life Sciences or related field, required

· 1-3 years of industry-relevant project, laboratory and management experience, required

· Advance to expert knowledge of Smartsheet and Excel, required

· Solid computer literacy of MS Office and SharePoint

· Working knowledge of GLP, GCP and/or CLIA, required

· Strong planning, attention to detail and organizational skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability for technical writing

· Ability to manage timelines

Working Conditions/Physical Demands, Travel, etc.

· 100% remote working environment, with the ability to travel 2-4 times per year to Cambridge, MA

· Ability to work and/or be available for meetings during the East Coast core working hours of 9am – 5pm
