Scientific Strategy Director Jobs

This Medical Strategist role will be responsible for developing HCP brand strategy and overseeing the tactical execution. The role requires a strong understanding of assigned products, the disease they treat and the ability to derive actionable insights from this knowledge. The position will collaborate cross functionally with account and client services, project management, strategy, and creative staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency thought leadership activities
• Participate in new business opportunities
• Review copy from creative team to ensure scientific accuracy
• Collaborating cross functionally with strategy, account and client services and creative team members
• Identify trends and insights within disease categories
• Partnering closely with the client
• Training internal team members on the disease state, competitive landscape and the product's mechanisms of actions
• Maintain strong understanding of client's product as well as competitive products

Requirements

• Advanced degree
• 4+ years of experience in a medical communications or pharma advertising agency
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong communications skills

Compensation and Benefits
