Scientific Advisor - Exciting Opportunity in Pharmaceutical Industry

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization in the United States, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Scientific Advisor to join their team. As the Scientific Advisor, you will have the opportunity to bring innovative products to market, aid humanity through valuable research, and utilize your strong scientific background to contribute to the company's success. This is a remote-based position, providing flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a scientific review of a unique hematology product, evaluating the feasibility of progressing to the expensive clinical phase 3 trials.

- Provide expertise and support for future product development in the field of respiratory diseases, particularly in relation to pulmonary research.

- Explore opportunities for acquiring and commercializing late phase 2 or phase 3 products in other therapeutic areas.

Requirements:

- Possess a Ph.D. in a scientific discipline, with a strong background in Hematology and Development.

- Have previous experience as the Head of R&D, CMO, or CDO for a reputablemid-sized pharma company.

- Ideally sitting on multiple boards, and actively engaged in scientific advisory work, allowing for a flexible commitment of approximately 10 hours per month.

- Experience working with private equity firms and adhering to investor requirements is highly desirable.

- Be based in the United States and available to join the company by Q4.
