We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager – Window Quoting to join our team. This role will work with a team of window specialists to create high quality window quotes for new construction projects.

What You Will Do:

• You will receive finished quotes from offshore team and provide them to sales representatives. This will include managing the process of any requested revisions.
• You will submit the potential project candidates to our offshore team with any special instructions, such as series selection, plan notes, and how to manage discrepancies.
• You will be working in Word, Excel, Jira & Outlook on a daily basis.
• You will manage the potential project intake pipeline, identifying which projects are good candidates to send through for quoting.
• You will spot check window/patio door quotes to ensure quality output.
• You will manage a spreadsheet that tracks quoting activity.
• You will monitor and evaluate the quoting and tracking process, recommending specific improvements in efficiency and efficacy.
• You will keep updated on changes in product offerings, and recommend training of offshore quoters as necessary.

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have good communication skills and are comfortable talking with many different people, which may include offshore quoters, architects, and sales representatives.
• You have experience in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• You are comfortable and accurate with data entry.
• You have experience quoting, buying, and/or installing windows and patio doors.
