Associate Recruiter - Operations

Position Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated Associate Recruiter to join our team and help us advance the careers of Operations professionals doing critical & complex work. Building trusted relationships with our internal clients - ranging from manufacturing professionals to engineers.  If you're enthusiastic about working with bright and sharp individuals, understanding what makes them tick, and helping them achieve their career goals-keep reading, we might be a great match!

You will own the full recruitment life cycle, including:

• Building trusted relationships to ultimately be seen as a partner in helping advance the business forward
• Screening potential candidates through interviews, while learning about their skills, and interests to ensure alignment
• Sourcing qualified individuals through various recruiting tools
• Support of process improvement, system enhancement & employment branding
• Communicating offers and preparing individuals for starting their new roles
• Coordination of onsite interviews, process support
• Maintaining a pre-employment requests & ensuring onboarding continuity
• Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs

Our Qualifiers

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
• Interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual preferred
• Desire to work in a performance-based environment
• 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or fast paced customer facing business experience preferred

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly range for this position is $64,480 to $85,500. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Pay: $64,480.00 - $85,000.00 per year
