In line with our mission, Sandbox Industries has served as the exclusive provider of investment management services to the Blue Venture Funds for over a decade. The Blue Venture Fund, a unique collaboration among Blue Cross Blue Shield companies, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Sandbox Industries, is owned, governed and capitalized by participating Blue Plans and affiliates. The Blue Venture Fund invests in venture and growth opportunities within healthcare technology, healthcare services and clinical sciences.

Through this work, Sandbox has developed trusted relationships with Blue Plans and other industry leaders. Over the years, these leaders have asked Sandbox to consult with them on key strategic areas, which has led the team to build a new type of consulting practice.

Sandbox Advisors operates as the consulting arm of Sandbox Industries, providing strategic advisory to healthcare organizations. Our range of services includes tailored market insights, growth and diversification strategies, and strategic partnership development.

Our team operates in an open, thoughtful, and collaborative way. The following represents the responsibilities and required skills:

Responsibilities:

· Work with consulting teams and own workstreams to deliver high-quality output on projects

· Research and report on industry trends and analysis

· Create professional, client-ready materials on complex topics

· Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis when necessary

· Present project findings and facilitate meetings with C-suite clients

· Support management of relationships with key clients

· Lead initiatives to build out Sandbox Advisors business and service offerings

Experience:

· 2+ years of consulting experience required

· Healthcare and M&A advisory experience preferred

Skills:

· Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

· Adept with financial analysis and modeling

· Know how to ask hard questions

· Great relationship building skills

· Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

· Ability to prioritize and manage several initiatives at one time

· Extremely detail oriented
