The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Site Solutions. Join Veeva as we modernize software for clinical research sites. We are seeking to create more productive sites and provide a more streamlined experience for sponsors and studies. What You'll Do


  • Lead and support additional marketing programs across Veeva teams as needed
  • Monitor and communicate changes in campaign performance
  • Support with the development and execution of field marketing plans, including customer events, industry events/tradeshows, webinars, customer and prospect campaigns/nurtures, and social media
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as product marketing, creative services, content, product, customer success, sales, public relations, social media, and digital teams to manage field marketing program components
  • Help maintain complete, accurate contact lists for marketing and sales
  • Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Help organize and coordinate Veeva and industry events, including logistics, internal and external communications, speaker management, promotions, budgeting, and reporting
  • Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers leveraging email, LinkedIn, SlideShare, Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, and other outlets
  • Write on-message campaign copy (including landing pages, emails, and social posts) that drives high engagement and conversion


Requirements


  • Experience planning and managing events including industry events/tradeshows and webinars
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations
  • Well organized with very high attention to detail
  • 3+ years of B2B software or high-growth SaaS startup marketing experience
  • Growth minded and a team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in delivering content via social media tools
  • Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns

  • Experience in a high-growth software or technology company
  • Experience in administration, project coordination, and marketing operations
  • Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce
  • Experience in vendor management and negotiating
  • Clinical research/life sciences industry experience
