Associate Business Systems Analyst

The Associate Business Systems Analyst assists in the liaison activities between the technology and business areas. This role applies technology and business knowledge and experience to formulate an IT solution for a business problem. The Associate Business Systems Analyst will work with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consult with clients and senior technology personnel to develop solutions to business or technical problems.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop, and conduct clients and systems training.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Develop test plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm design requirements.
• Independently conceive and develop general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles. Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.
• Complete project tasks within time and budget constraints.
• Perform work using existing standards, methodologies & processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other.
• Investigate alternatives, which use existing applications.
• Assist in determining data and systems requirements and the development of system specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to exercise latitude in approach to problems and solutions.
