POSITION TITLE: HR Privacy Analyst

DURATION: 3-6 Months (Potential for extension)

100% Remote

Pay Range:$63.70/hr on W2 to $63.70/hr on W2

CLIENT HR Privacy are in search of a grade seven, HR Privacy Analyst for three-to-six months to support HR Privacy to maintain compliance within the HR function and to proactively advise HR colleagues on ways to mitigate privacy risks.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Work with HR business owners to complete Privacy Impact Assessments, inclusive of assessing and documenting HR processes.

• Conduct management monitoring and working with HR business owners to ensure HR processes are compliant with CLIENT’s global records retention policy.

• Support the HR Privacy team in specific initiatives to mitigate cyber-security risks, e.g., confirming the return of laptops.

• Working with HR business owners to document processes and develop risk mitigation plans.

• This CW should have excellent communications and analytical skills with preferred experience in data privacy, HR, compliance, legal or tech.

• Education:Bachelor's Degree required
