Job Description

Dallas area litigation law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will be a team player with 1 year of law firm experience who is looking for a position with room for growth! Providing administrative support to the firm, while learning and taking on more legal responsibilities make this the ideal role for someone with a good attitude and desire to learn adn grow.


:

  • Willingness to learn!
  • Organize travel arrangements when necessary
  • Answer phones and greet clients
  • Manage and update firm calendar including deadlines and hearings
  • Process expense reports
  • Enter attorney billable time
  • Maintain paper and electronic files
  • Help with various office projects when necessary
